YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS

-All payments should be made in USD.

​

-Payment must be processed before the delivery of the final drawing.

​

-Commercial rights are not included unless explicitly purchased.

(If you are looking for a commercial collaboration, please include the information with the comm request.)

-The artist has the right to post work-in-progress screenshots, stream the working process, and post the final work on social media.

(If you wish to request a private comm, please reach out to me while requesting.)

-Both the client and the artist have the right to cancel the commission at any time before the final draft is made with proper communication and mutual consent. 

​

-The artist does not consent to any of her art being used for AI training or NFTs.

​

-The artist retains all copyrights unless otherwise agreed in writing.
